New Delhi: When the concoctions around satellite-based internet services getting speed in India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch the Indian Space Association, the grouping of space and satellite companies, on October 11 (ISA) represents Homegrown and global companies with advanced abilities in technology Space and satellite.

Plans of various companies that target this sector are to offer big bandwidth plots – with a speed as high as 1 Gbps and even more – through low orbit satellites (LEO) to be deployed at a distance of around 1,000 km from Earth.
Bandwidth will then be sold to various users / customers who will include business companies, trains, shipping companies, defense companies, airlines, and telecommunications companies, so they directly compete with people like airtel and Jio.
Also, this service can be used to reach dark zones in rural areas, as well as difficult terrain such as desert and mountainous areas, and those full of Naxals and other sensitive locations.
