Glasgow: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will present a formal position on the Indian climate action agenda and describe the best practices and achievements in this sector at the COP26 Summit in Glasgow on Monday.
During the high profile segment of the World Leader Summit, the Prime Minister is scheduled to provide a national statement with other world leaders and Indian statements will come after Polish Prime Minister Matesz Morawiecki, with Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison and Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan will follow.

According to official sources, Johnson-Modi’s conversation is expected to be quite short and will focus on the British-Indian climate partnership and inventory-taking road maps 2030 for stronger UK-Indian strategic partnerships – signed by both leaders.
