Bengaluru: Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US Vice President Kamala Harris will be invited to the Annual Annual event Karnataka Government Bengaluru Tech Summit-2021 (BTS-2021) from November 17-19.
Announced this on Monday, Deputy Chief of Minister C n Ashwath Narayan said the summit would be held in a hybrid format.
Narayan, who also holds the portfolio of IT / BT and S & T, holds a preparatory meeting with electronic department officials, IT / BT and S & T, and the Chair of the Vision Group today.

“Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be invited to inaugurate Conclary and US Vice President Kamala Harris will be invited to participate in the event,” Narayan said.

Last year, the event was held in virtual mode for the first time evoking an extraordinary response from experts and delegates, and more than 25 countries had participated.

According to the release, the first day of the Summit will be thought of the Leadership Day (Hall of Fame), the second day will be ‘technology and a day strategy (Hall of Techies) and the Third Startup Day (Hall of Future).
Before this, outside the Bengaluru event would be carried out in MySuru, Hubballi, and Mangaluru during September and October.

Minister of Central Nirmala Sitanaman, Ravishankar Prasad, Harsha Vardhan and Nitin Gadkari, among others, will be invited to participate in the program, Narayan said.
During events outside Bengaluru, reports relating to Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM), R & D Recorders, and Iesa (Indian electronics and semi-conductor associations) will be released, he said.
To stand out for academic participation in the incident, it has been decided to involve Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and the Higher Education Board, the release said.
