New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release the installment of the financial benefits under the Pradhan Scheme of Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) on Monday.
Under the PM-Kisan scheme, the annual financial benefit of Rs 6,000 is given to the families of beneficiaries who qualify, paid in three monthly installments of RS 2000 each of the Prime Minister Modi will release the next financial benefit installment under the PM scheme -Kisisan on August 9 at 12:30 through video conferencing, according to PMO.
This will allow the transfer of more than Rs 19,500 Crore to more than 9.75 families of crore receiver farmers, PMO said.
The prime minister will interact with the beneficiaries of farmers during the event and will also overcome the nation.
The funds are transferred directly to the bank account of the beneficiaries.

According to other PMO statements, the Prime Minister Modi will also launch Ujwala 2.0 (Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala -Pmuy) by submitting a LPG connection, at Mahaga Uttar Pradesh on August 10 at 12:30 a.m.
through video conferencing.
During the event on Tuesday, PM Modi will interact with the beneficiaries of the Ujwala scheme and also overcome the nation.
During Ujjwala 1.0 was launched in 2016, the target is set to provide LPG connections to five BPL household female members.
Furthermore, the scheme was expanded in April 2018 to include the beneficiaries of women from seven other categories (SC / ST, PMAY, Aay, mostly backwards, Tea Garden, forest residents, islands).
Also, the target was revised to eight LPG Crore connections.
This was achieved in August 2019, seven months before the target date, the statement said.
In the Union budget for financial years 2021-22, provisions for additional Crore One LPG connections under the pmmuy scheme announced.
This additional Pmmuy Pmmuy connection (under Ujjwala 2.0) aims to provide a free LPG connection to a low-income family that cannot be borne under the previous phase of PMUY.
Along with the free Deposit LPG connection, Ujwala 2.0 will provide the first refill and hotplate free of charge to beneficiaries.
The registration procedure will require minimum documents and Ujwala 2.0, migrants will not be asked to send a ration card or proof of address.
The self declaration for ‘family declaration’ and as ‘proof of address’ will suffice, PMO said.
Ujjwala 2.0 will help achieve the prime minister’s vision about universal access to LPG, he said.
Union Petroleum and Minister of Gas Hardeep Singh Puri and Uttar Pradesh Minister Yogi Adityanath will also be present on that occasion.
