LONDON: British Prime Minister Boris Johnson will host a press conference on Monday to establish a plan for the final step of the Lockdown Roadmap in the UK to provide business and public time to prepare for the July 19th line, said Downing Street.
British Health Secretary Sajid Javid will announce plans to end all restrictions on Lockdown Legal from July 19 to Parliament.
The government said the plan would be driven by data and will be confirmed next Monday on July 12, participating in the latest Koronavirus infection reviews and inpatient statistics.
Johnson said that he wanted the last stage of the Lockdown Roadmap to be “irreversible” and previously nicknamed July 19 as “Terminus Day”.
“Thanks to the launch of our successful vaccination program, we advance carefully through our road map.
Today we will determine how we can restore people’s freedom when we reach step 4,” he said.
“But I have to emphasize that the pandemic does not end and the cases will continue to increase over the coming weeks.
When we start learning to live with this virus, we all must continue to manage risk carefully from Covid and conduct an assessment when doing our lives , “Prime Minister said.
Downing Street said the latest data from the Public Health England (PHE) shows that Covid vaccines are very effective against severe diseases and inpatient care from the Delta variant, first detected in India.
The analysis shows the Pfizer / Biontech vaccine is 96 percent effective, and the oxford-astrazeneca vaccine is 92 percent effective against hospitalization after two doses.
As on Monday, there were 27,714 new positive cases in England, with 331 people hospitalized with Covid-19 and there were 1,611 patients in the hospital.
The latest office for national statistics (ounces) shows that one in 260 people has Covid-19 in England.
The government recognizes that the latest data and scientific modeling shows that cases will continue to increase because restrictions are removed, but the link to hospitalization has weakened due to vaccination programs.
The British Prime Minister will confirm the rules around the social distance requirements plus one meter plus, face cover, and work from home, based on the findings of social blasphemy and certification.
Johnson will reaffirm that Covid will be a virus that “We learn to live with what we have done with flu”, which means that hospitalization, serious illness and death from Covid will continue, even at the level of vaccination.
“To continue to receive the best protection against Covid, all adults are encouraged to get two vaccine doses.
On July 4, more than 78 million doses of vaccines have now been managed in the UK, and 63.4 percent of adults have received two doses,” Downing said Street.
The government also made preparations to offer the third dose of “booster” to everyone over the age of 50 and the most vulnerable to improving their immunity during the winter months, based on temporary advice from the combined committee on vaccination and immunization (JCVI).
“Our red list border control regime, surge testing, community testing and sequencing genomes are an effective way to find and isolate the case of a new variant and will continue to be deployed,” Downing Street added.
It is widely expected that all restrictions must be lifted and people will be urged to use their personal assessment on aspects such as facial masks and social distance in meetings.
Some groups and doctor scientists have called for mandatory facial masks in closed settings to proceed to outside July 19 while the level of infection continues to increase.
The British government will be arranged to raise all previous locking restrictions on June 21 but postponing the four-week timeline to enable further vaccination amid increasing infection from the Delta variant of Covid-19.
