New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra MODI Sunday expressed condolences for the deaths of people because of landslides at Kinnaur Himachal Pradesh and said all arrangements were being made for injured treatment.
This is a very painful incident, Modi said and also announced Ex Gratia each of Rs 2 Lakh for the next KIN from the deceased and RS 50,000 to the injured from the National Prime Minister’s assistance fund.
Nine people were killed and three others were injured in various landslide incidents near the batseri on Jalan Sangla-Chitkul in Kinnaur District, police said.
