New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate a new circuit house near Somnath Temple in Gujarat on Friday through video conferencing, his office said.
Somnath Temple is visited by lakh worshipers from India and abroad every year.
Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate a new circuit house on January 21 at 11 am through a video conference, the Prime Minister’s office said in a statement.
The inauguration will be followed by the Prime Minister’s address on that occasion.
The need for a new circuit house is felt because the existing government facilities are located far from the temple, PMO said.
The new circuit house has been built at a cost of more than Rs 30 Crore and is located near Somnath Temple.
It is equipped with upscale facilities including suite, VIP and Deluxe rooms, conference rooms, auditorium halls etc.
Landscapes have been carried out in such a way that the sea view is available from each room, the statement said.
