PUNE: The Pune Municipal Corporation has eliminated almost five tonnes of water hyacinth in the outside of the Mula river nearby Holkar bridge, that falls below the Khadki cantonment limits, in the previous four days. A 4km-stretch of this lake’s surface, in the Kalas bridge at Vishrantwadi into Holkar bridge in Khadki, was coated in hyacinth.
