The area has added 34,000 cases in July and more than 37,300 in June.
“There has been a constant decrease in the monthly addition of Covid-19 cases over the past four months.
In April, the area has added more than 3 lakh patients,” said a health official.
Data by the District Health Office has revealed that August records more recovery compared to the addition of new patients.
“With this, August has become the third month so far in 2021 recorded more release of Covid-19 patients as opposed to the addition of new cases.
Two other months are January and June,” said health officials, quoting data.
The official said the everyday case in the urban bag has declined since the last few months.
“Daily positive cases in Pune and the city limits of Pimpri Chinchwad have lived under 500 on almost every day in August.
New cases in rural areas have lived between 500 and 1,000 every day.
Part of positive cases of parts Rustic is around 55% of the total cases of 30,299 recorded in August, “the official said.
Sanjeev Wavre, Head of Medical Assistant, PMC, said that even though there was a decrease in everyday case, instructions had been issued to continue with strict contract search measures.
“Daily cases in the PMC limit have lived below 500 for the past few weeks.
No outbreaks have been reported in one of the limits of Ward Civic recently.
However, we continue to operate a swab collection center.
Citizens appealed to go for Testing Swab If symptoms occur.
There is a need to be careful, especially in the background of relaxation and celebration season, “Wavre said.
An official from the Ministry of Health said daily cases in the rural areas have been above 500, encouraging administration to choose concentrated efforts as part of covid mitigation efforts.
