PMR records 253 new covid detection; Five more dead

Pune: As many as 253 people were tested positive for Covid-19 in the Pune Metropolitan area (PMR) on Thursday as opposed to recovery152.
In addition, five more patients surrendered to Covid’s related complications here in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll of 19.152.
According to reports released by district health workers, Bhagwan Pawar, as many as 92 people were tested positive for Covid within the City Limit Pune in the last 24 hours, followed by the Pimpri Chinchwad area (56).
The PMR rural part recorded 105 new cases.
With this, the full load in this region rose above 11.54 lakh.
The recovery, 47 people were dismissed after a successful treatment in the PMC area on Thursday, followed by the PCMC (44) limit.
The highest release for the day was reported in rural areas (61), taking progressive recovery above 11.33 lakh.
Among the deaths of the day, two patients died in PMC and the countryside respectively on Thursday, while the PCMC limit recorded a victim.
The number of active cases in this region rose to 2,195 on Thursday, including 940 people undergoing treatment in various hospitals.
More than 14,100 samples were tested at PMR on Thursday, taking total tests at PMR above 84.91 lakh.
