Bokaro: The Pocso Bokaro court on Tuesday sentenced you to 20 years in prison for raping two years of underage.
Additional District Judge Courts – 3, Rajeev Ranjan, accused of Chatur Soren (20) guilty of raping a grade 8 student by kidnapping him when he went to school.
At the time of the incident, the victim was 14 and Soren, a resident of Rajanj, Dhanbad, 18 years old.
The girl’s father has submitted Fir on July 12, 2019.
The Pocso Court provides a strict prison of seven years under the Section 366 (a) IPC and imposed a fine of RS 5,000 in the kidnapping case.
Finding him guilty based on Part 4 (2) Pocso Law, Soren has been sentenced to a tight prison of 20 years and fined Rs 5,000.
Failure to pay a fine will produce an additional prison one month.
“Good sentence will run together,” said Sanjay Kumar Jha, Special Public Prosecutor (SPP), Pocso.
He said the incident occurred when the victim went to school with his 16-year-old sister and other female friends.
On the way, Soren and his friend took three girls on two motorbikes to Rajanj, Dhanbad.
When the three girls did not go home at night, parents were worried and started looking for them.
In the morning, the father of siblings, after being tipped, went to Rajanj and found the three.
But Soren just released two girls.
The Father brought back to the girls and then sought the police help to save her youngest daughter.
The victim said in his statement in front of the court that Soren did nothing for him, his sister or his friend at night.
It was only after they left that he raped him.
Jha said, “A total of 10 witnesses were examined in this case.”
