N Ramachandran, chairperson of this committee, also stated that there are more than 100 pupils still living in the college hostel.

“The pupils are conscious of the phenomena and so are concerned.
Many of the parents reside in different districts and states and are not able to come.
In addition we contacted their parents, and several need them to be transferred out.
They’re all very worried about the allegations,” that the chairperson said.
Approximately dozen teaching employees of this faculty also have ceased following allegations that the college management was a part of this harassment racket.
The committee members stated that they’re also bombarded with calls from anxious relatives and parents of all students.
