Pointed Rustic: Cong has a little edge on BJP performance

Jaipur: An analysis of Panchayat Samiti polls recently concluded in six districts compared to the results of the same district in 2015 showed that the powerful Congress (670) had a clear edge over BJP (551) with a shocking difference of 119 seats In the number of posts Panchayat members Samiti was won by both parties.
In 2015, BJP pocketed 584 seats – then in the government – against Congress’ 542, difference 42.
Hanuman Beniwal-LED Party Rashtriya Loctantrik (RLP) was in third place far with 40 seats.
Among other things, BSP won 11 and independently bagged 290 wards.
