Ranchi: The political advisor to escape from the Chairperson of the First Minister of Jharkhand and the current BJP leader, Babulal Marandi, was arrested from the ITAR regency Pradesh by the Ranchi police team on Sunday morning.
Marandi and BJP have called the arrest as a political vendetta.
Political advisor, Sunil Tiwari, has fled since August 16 after the former servant, a 20-year-old girl, filed a police complaint against him due to sexual harassment.
Based on his complaint, the Argora police have submitted a case against Tiwari below 376 (1), 354, 504 of the Indian criminal code and part 3 (2) of the scheduled castes and scheduled tribes (prevention of spasmans) acting based on August 16 .

On September 8, State Employment Supervisors Avinash Krishna submitted FIR 14 (1) of the Adolescent Children and Labor Act (Banangan), 1986, against Tiwari about the direction of the Child Welfare Committee after the police were told that a group of children lived in Tiwari’s house and work there.
Speaking with Toi, Ranchi SP (rustic) Naushad Alam, who is also responsible for SP (Kota Ranchi), said, “Tiwari was arrested by the Ranchi police team and he would likely be produced before a judge on Monday.
