Gurgaon: The development project that is running in Mahavir Chowk is likely to miss the September 30 deadline, with officials from the Public Works Department (PWD) stating that only 45% of the work has been completed so far.

We have completed underpass and work on the path also ongoing.
However, we cannot open this without completing road service,” said a senior PWD official on request anonymity.
“We will not be able to meet the current deadline for the project because it is only 45% of the work that has been completed so far.
This will bring us three more months to complete everything so that the structure tends to be open only at the end of this year or early next year,” said That official.
