Washington: Three people were killed and three others were injured Saturday night in the shooting in northwest Washington, said the Metropolitan Police Department.
The shooting occurred around 7:30 a.m.
EDT at 600 Blocks Longfellow Street in the Brightwood Park neighborhood, according to information posted on the Police Department Twitter account.
The survivors of survivors treated in the area were hospitalized did not threaten the soul, police said.
The police sought public assistance in finding a black Honda Accord sedan described in tweets.
