Ajmer: The district police seized 75kg Poppy husk, which was smuggled from Bew in the Chittorgarh district to the Treaur district in a car, and arrested three people.
According to the police, the barricade was installed on the city-ajmer road to examine drug smuggling through the Ajmer District.
When searching for a car coming from Chittorgarh, two poppy husk bags weighing 75kg were found under the chair.
The arrest was identified as Mitha JAT (28), a resident of Nagaur, Ratan Singh (34), a cherrist in Ajmer and Nemichand JAT (30), a resident of Nagaur.
During the interrogation, it was found that the defendant accepted the consignment of drugs from the city of Begu in Chittorgarh and should send it in the Nagaur.
During interrogation, the defendant accepted that they bought medicine for Rs 1.5 lakh.
Meanwhile, Bijaynagar police arrested one person with 1kg of marijuana who wanted to sell the drug.
According to the police, he was identified as Chander Prakash (45), a resident of Bijay Nagar.
