Coimbatore: Rural police on Sunday arrested two men and recover 71 sovereign stolen gold ornaments, 4.5 kg of silver articles and motorbikes from them Konkan Railway in Jammu.
On May 25, 2021, he locked his house and went to Jammu along with his family members.
On September 8, he received a call from his neighbor Balakrishnan told him that his house was stolen.
Immediately, he told Thoudialist police who rushed to the place and held an investigation with neighbors.
He also found 59 sovereign gold ornaments and 4.5 kg silver articles from home.
Based on complaints of Gopalraju, police sub-inspector Thudiangur Jaganathan registered a case against unknown thieves on September 18 below 54, 457 and 480 from Kuhan Palk India, when he tried to sell stolen gold ornaments at a jewelry store.
In the interrogation, Kannan claimed to steal gold ornaments and other valuables from Gopalraju’s house in Edaharpalayam.Leater, Kannan was handed over to Thudiangur police who restored 71 sovereign gold ornaments, 4.5 kg of silver articles and 5kg gold ornaments and motorbikes from him.
