New Delhi: Delhi Police submit a Chargesheet against four people who were arrested for alleged rape and murder of a nine-year-old girl in a crematorium in the village of Nangal Delhi southwest.
Chargesheet 400 pages submitted under the Law of Rape Changed with the Police Request Part 37A (DB) from the Indian Criminal Code where the rape of a girl under 12 years by one or more men can be sentenced to death or life of prison sentences.
The police have demanded men with murder, intimidation and destruction of evidence when requesting the provisions of ACT Pocso and ACT SC / ST.
Chargesheet was filed in 30 days after the incident as directed by the Minister of the house Amit Shah during the case review.
The trial will be carried out by the fast track field.
Shah has asked Delhi police quickly completed the investigation and submitted a chargesheet in a month so that the victim’s family got quick justice.
The minister at home has asked Delhi police to show zero tolerance for crimes against women and to ensure a strict sentence for the perpetrators.

Before the girl’s body was fully tethered, more than 200 villagers arrested allegations and handed them to the police.
