Coimbatore: Police Thondaamuthur has ordered Formula One Racer (F1) Narain Karthikeyan for blocking the road to the textile entrepreneurs in Keel Chithirai Chavadi near Thondaamuthur in the suburbs on the outskirts of the city.
Indicates that Narain and Entrepreneurs, K Prithvirajkumar, have an adjacent agricultural land at Keel Chithirai Chavadi, a police officer said the two were in a dispute over a plot of land containing the civil lines of the district, where the case was waiting for the trial.
The officer said Narain reportedly blocked the road to the business of employers by establishing a wire fence around the disputed land on September 18 and Prithvirajkumar had submitted a complaint to them in this Thursday.
The Theanhuthur police then registered a case against F1 racer under section 339 (wrong restraint) from the Indian Criminal Code (IPC).
Meanwhile, Narain’s Accountant D Gokulnath, a resident of Peellamedu Pudur, filed a complaint of the police against Prithvirajumar on the same day, stating that employers had damaged the wire fence with the help of several others and entered without permission to land Narain.
Based on Gokulnath’s complaint, Thonhuth police had ordered Prithvirajkumar under the 447 section (penalty for criminal violations) and 427 (damage that caused damage) from the IPC.
