Kanpur: The police on Thursday submitted a cost sheet in court under the Gangster Law against 30 was accused of the case of the massacre of the bicycle.
The accusation included Treasurer of Vikas DuBey Jaikant Bajpai, former member of the Panchayat District Guddan Trivedi and his servant Dayashankar.
The four women accused this case, and then and inspectors, have not been included.
The court has fixed November 26 to frame costs in this case.
On July 2, 20, eight members of the police team who went to catch Gangster Vikas Dubey, were ambushed and killed by Vikas and his aides in Bikru Kanpur Village.
The police have also ordered 30 accused of massacre of bicru under the Gangster Act.
The filling sheet under the Gangster Act in 30 was accused of being submitted in the Kanpur Death Court of Dehat from Judge Gangster Court Ravi Yadav.
The court had called all the defendants in this matter on Thursday.
From here, 29 defendants appeared in court.
One of the accused, Dayashankar aka Kallu, the servant of Vikas Dubey, did not appear in court because he could not come from Kanpur stud.
He has now been called on October 29.
Assistant Advisory government of Dhananjay Pandey said that the accusation sheet had been submitted against 30 accused in court, the next hearing would be on November 26.
Pandey further said that the investigation of this case had occurred by Anoop Nigam’s inspector from the BilaHaur police station.
