Kanpur: Banda Police arrested three people carrying explosives to the district of Fatehpur on a bicycle under the operation of the net crime campaign launched above the crucial assembly elections on Saturday.

Four cellphones and motorbikes were also confiscated along with cash from them.
The police have registered the case against the three because they do not have a license to maintain explosives.
The breakthrough was made by the police from the Chilli police station.
