Surat: A police constable posted in Umarpada police station has been reserved by Palsana authorities of Surat district Tuesday for allegedly authored a 33-year-old girl about one year ago.
The girl alleged that the accused boy Naresh Kapadiya had chased her into his automobile threatening police actions this past year and mistreated her.
In her complaint, the girl alleged that throughout lockdown last year after she was planning to purchase milk, then the accused chased her into his vehicle.
He threatened her police actions because she wasn’t wearing a mask.
Rather than taking her into the police station, the accused shot her onto Navsari street and supposedly beat her later stripping off her.The woman alleged the Devil clicked her images and then raped her.
She claimed that Kapadiya used these pictures to blackmail her.
“It appears the accused cop as well as the girl had an affair with one another.
Observing the dispute, they’ve lodged complaints from each other,” explained a police officer at Bardoli.
The girl and her husband had been booked to a complaint issued by accused boy Naresh Kapadiya’s spouse Parvati beneath The Scheduled Castes and Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
The criticism has been filed using Bardoli police channel.
Parvati alleged the girl and her husband came to her home and mistreated her.
They supposedly hurled caste-based abuses in her.
Preliminary analysis revealed that Kapadiya had been published in Palsana police station and after a movie of him battling the complainant girl went viral at January 2021, that he had been moved into Umarpada police channel.
