New Delhi: A 28-year-old man was beaten to death in a new condel and his body was thrown out in Modinagar at Uttar Pradesh by a Delhi police officer and three of his colleagues on June 4, had been arrested and sent to the detention of seven days after almost two months of committing crimes.
He has been dismissed from services to engage in criminal activities.
The body of the victim has not been restored.
The new Sho of Ashok Nagar, Pramod Kumar, under his jurisdiction, crime occurs, has been suspended for not registering fir and investigating this problem.
The victim, Ajeet Kumar, is a resident of Condli.
His friend, Atul, who accompanied him, was also attacked by the defendant, but he managed to escape.
The action into the terrible incident began after the video COP Rogue and his colleagues, who were shot by the locals, Gaurav Gupta, became viral.
The police claimed the crime occurred after the incident of road anger.
DCP (East) Priyanka Kashyap said reports of missing people were submitted by Brother Ajeet, Ashok, on June 13.
Two days later, another complaint was submitted by Ashok on suspicion that his brother might have been kidnapped and killed.

In a statement issued on Thursday, Police Delhi said that the IPC section related to criminal murder and conspiracy was added to the kidnapping trusteers.
“Sirohi was a police officer posted at the Pandagav Nagar police station.
The car where Ajeet was kidnapped was confiscated.
Harish, an AC mechanic, has been arrested too.
We are looking for other colleagues from the defendant,” said DCP.
“Inspector Pramod Kumar, Sho, the new Ashok Nagar Police Station, has been placed under a suspension due to the delay in registration of cases in Ashok Kumar’s complaint.
