Police denied permission for a pro-hijab meeting

MySuru: City Police have denied permission to protest to support the headscarf on Thursday.
“The organizer requests permission to protest tomorrow.
However, we denied permissions,” said DCP Pradeep Gunti.
On Wednesday, hundreds of girls arrived at the office of the Deputy Commissioner to submit a memorandum to the district administration.
Because it was an unschedulable meeting, a tense situation was created, Gunti said at 4pm, the girl students gathered near the office after the message of the social media virus asked students to gather there.
The police rushed to the place and convinced the girl to disperse.
They emptied the venue after sending memorandum to ADC BS Manjunatha Swamy.
