The first appearance in this unique approach under the ongoing campaign ‘no drug in a letter’, was held on Saturday with a private band that appeared to a large crowd at Square’s inheritance in Chowk.
Some famous residents include legendary theater artists Yezdi Karajia, fans of Pankaj Kapadia sports, Social Workers Abdul Malbari and Police Commissioner Ajay Tomar present in the venue.
“After a successful trial event, we will now hold such programs in various parts of the city in public places.
This is an effort to channel teen energy towards music and art,” Tomar told Tii.
Previously, the top city police official held a meeting with wedding ribbons and music bands that appeared in Live music concerts.
City police also seek to strengthen their own band by registering new staff.
The ribbons participating in this event will be valued by the group of residents for their contributions.
“We got a good response from private bands that appeared in music concerts and wedding functions.
We want to make all the ran pressure in the fight against drugs,” added Tomar.
After several modifications, the band show will take place once a month in public places and then this event will be held every weekend.
