Nagpur: MIDC police have submitted a chargesheet in Raj Pandey’s casing and murder case, at a 22-day record.
Police Inspector Police Dinesh Labde filed a Chargesheet on the 22nd day of the date of murder Pandey 14 years, June 10.
Chargesheet was received by the court on Wednesday.
The defendant Suraj Sahu kidnapped and killed Raj from Indiramata Nagar in revenge action.

Chargesheet said that the boy was in the defendant’s detention.

Another strong evidence obtained by the police and delivered together with Chargesheet was a cellphone conversation between the defendant and the victim’s family.
All audio clips from the conversation, where the defendant had admitted that he kidnapped Raj, delivered in court.
The police also managed to recover the surgical knife used to slit blood vessels.
The police have recorded a statement of medical shop owners from which the defendant bought surgical surgery.
The shop owner also identified the defendant.
It was also mentioned in Chargesheet that the murder was planned several days before the incident.
Labde has also sent a letter to the Regional Forensic Science Laboratory to send chemical analysis reports, which will be submitted to the next court.
