New Delhi: Delhi police on Wednesday submit a reply in the city court on the application of fresh guarantee Umar Khald opposed it.
Additional session Judge Amitabh was treated to delay this issue for further hearing on September 23.
On September 6, Umar Khalid’s advisor has transferred a request for fresh guarantees below Section 437 under the criminal procedure code (CRPC) after pulling the lower plea submitted below.

Khalid’s advisor has been interesting when the public prosecutor, Amit Prasad, appearing for Delhi police, has caused objections about the maintenance of the request submitted under the last hearing.
Previously, accused of Jahan Ishrat and Khalid Saifi also took a petition of their bail under the 439 CRPC section and then submitted it below the part 437 CRPC.
Student activist Lawyers Umar Khalid was previously called the Chargesheet submitted by Delhi police on charges of UPA in a larger conspiracy case as the Amazon Prime Show ‘Family Man’ manuscript, has no evidence to support allegations.
Lawyer Khalid, Trideep Pais told additional sessions of Judge Amitabh Rawat, that Chargesheet made rhetorical charges against Khalid without facts, and made his clients “veteran seduction”.
Pais’s advocate, which debated Plea Bail Khalid, has said that nothing in Khalid’s speech whose incitement.
While reading a part of Chargesheet, Pais shows “Chargesheet writer acts like a script writer from the Amazon Prime Show, Family Man.” He also questioned an inconsistent statement given by witnesses in this matter.
Cellular Police Delhi has submitted a sheet of charging on various charges including Khalid under the provisions of the UPA, under various parts dealing with murder and others from Indian criminal codes, part 3 and 4 prevention of damage to public property laws, 1984 and section 25/27 Arm.
In addition to this case, Khalid also faces charges in various cases related to the Problem of Delhi Northeast.
