Police Find 4 Colorado Locations in Election Security Probes

Grand Junction: Law enforcement task unit searching four Western Colorado locations in the middle of an investigation against the allegations that electoral officers were involved in the security violations of the election equipment early this year, said a district lawyer.
The FBI, the Office of the Attorney General’s Office of Colorado and the local authority conducted a search, which was passed by the Federal Court, on Tuesday in Mesa and the adjacent Garfield countries, Mesa District lawyers and Rubinstein told Colorado Politics.
Rubinstein does not reveal the location sought, tells the Associated Press in the email that “all documents related to this operation are sealed” by a court order.
But Tina Peters, election officers for Mesa County, who included the City of Grand Junction, said his house was dipped, Colorado’s political media outlet reported.
“The FBI raided my house at 6 in the morning.
This morning, accused me of committing a crime,” said Peters.
“And they raided my friends’ homes, mostly older women.
I’m afraid.” The FBI office in Denver did not immediately respond immediately to the comment requesting an email.
Lawrence Pacheco, spokesman for the Attorney General Phil Weiser, said the country worked with Mesa Regency on an investigation into alleged electoral systems but could not comment further in sustainable investigations.
The search took place in the midst of a sustainable dispute between Peters, who led the election in the Conservative Mesa Regency in 2020, and Griswold, the presence of Democrats and vocals nationally to ensure election integrity.
Peters has become an advocate for those who believe, without evidence, that the 2020 election is fraud – even though he has said the election in Mesa Regency, which voted for Trump, safe and accurate.
On the contrary, Democrats Joe Biden easily defeated Trump in 2020, and Democrats controlled the Governor’s Office, the legislature of the state and all offices throughout the state.
Colorado’s politics reported that Peters commented on searches during appearances on online channels operated by Mike Lindell, CEO of Mypillow and Peters supporters and former President Donald Trump who had repeatedly made claims discredited that the 2020 election was stolen from Trump.
Peters, a republican, was investigated by the FBI and by Colorado State officials stated in alleged violations of election equipment in Mesa Regency in May.
The Colorado Secretary of the State of Jena Griswold, a Democrat, managed to sue to have Peters and representative, Belinda Knisley, was banned by a judge from giving the November mid-term election.
Peters has denied mistakes.
Knisonley was then suspended and was charged with the robbery of the second level of crime and violations of virtual world crime which was calculated by the office of Rubinstein.
Knisley also denied mistakes.
Grand Junction Sentinel reported that the arrest warrant warrant accused Knisonley entering “buildings or structures with the intention to commit crimes against people or other properties.” Griswold sued to eliminate Peters as district officers and recorders after Griswold said the image of the election equipment management software from Mesa County was obtained by the election conspiracy theorists and posted on a distant blog.
The Griswold office said one of the pictures was taken May 23 from the safe room at Mesa County where the voting equipment was stored and had been accessed that day by Peters, which allowed non-employees into the room.
After Griswold filed a lawsuit, Peters was absent from Colorado for several weeks, only appeared in public on the broadcast organized by Lindell.
Peters claimed that Griswold’s investigation was an attempt to take over one of the few conservative countries left in Colorado.
The Griswold office has identified the person he said was allowed to enter a safe room but had refused to say something more about who he was or why he was there.
Associated Press does not name it until more information is available.
He has not been charged with a crime.
