Jaipur / Alwar: The investigation officer in the 14-year-old boy’s sodomy reached Jaipur on Tuesday to interrogate district judges suspended, Jitendra Singh.
“Investigation of Satish Verma officers, which was posted as Circle Officer, Bharatpur, had been sent to Jaipur for questioning the defendant,” said Bharatpur SP Devendra Bishnoi.
The boy’s family did not want to record his statement under the 164 part of the CRPC and had told the police that the child below emotionally and mentally fell and could record his statement only after a few days.
Police Bharatpur has seen a notification at a small child’s house that is locked to attend to record his statement.
“We have told the police that my child is emotionally and mentally down and at this time is not healthy.
We have been looking for three days to record our statement,” said the boy.
Meanwhile, the police went to the House of Suspended District Hakim Singh to be interrogated.
SP Bishnii said a detailed report on this issue was sent to the High Court and arrest, if it happened, it would finish according to the guidelines.
The mother boy has also written to investigator officers who stated that after staying, the boy was intimidated and experienced mental and emotional disorders.
“We have taken the boy to a safer place.
We were told that notifications had been inserted in our house in Bharatpur.
So, in current conditions, I ask you to give at least three days of time to record my child’s statement,” said the mother It was in the letter.
