Police HQRS faced protests for sexual violence

New Delhi: Various civil society groups on Wednesday protested outside the Delhi police headquarters here against the alleged sexual attack of two female students by police personnel recently.
The Association of Indian Students affiliated with left (AISA) on Tuesday alleged that two female students were sexually attacked by Delhi police personnel while they were part of the protest outside the minister of house Union Amit Shah on October 10 was rejected by the police as “at all Based “.
On Wednesday, around 60 activists gathered outside the police headquarters in Ashoka Road and raised slogans against troops.
They demanded that Chimyapuri ACP be fired for allegedly instructing police personnel to women’s protesters.
Members of the Indian Student Association (AISA) were detained on Sundays when they protested near Shah’s residence here demanding the expulsion of MOS Ajay Mishra for October 3, the violence of Kheri Lakhimur where Mishra accused the farmers with vehicles.
Protesters were immediately detained and transferred by Delhi Police, said AISA in a statement, adding that women’s protesters are targeted separately for sexual violence.
