Nagpur: The conscious police seemed to grope the darkness for a sandalwood thief who had sneaked away with a tree from the official place of the Zonal Bungalow DCP Noorul Hasan in aware, earlier this week.
The police felt a gang behind the latest theft before being under their radar for similar violations.
It was questioned that the main suspects in the theft of the latest sandalwood tree were among those withdrawn last year by the police consciously for a series of cases such as it in the city, including one in the official quarter of Dig, Kisaran Naxal, close to the seminar hill.
The source of the police station consciously said the police had learned about the involvement of several suspects who had sneaked into the city at night where theft had occurred.
Despite trapping for the suspects, the police so far cannot capture one of them.
The police tried to arrest the gang and prevent him from being striking again in the ongoing rainy season, when such a sandalwood theft became common.
