Jammu: After seizing a tanker carrying animals to the valley, Kathua police on Thursday thwarted a unique smuggling effort and saved 16 cows in Lakhanpur in Punjab-Jamu and Kashmir Gateway in Kathua Regency from a specially designed truck.
