SANSA: SIRSA Police have booked a sub-inspector’s assistant (ASI) Shiv Kumar and four other police employees from Sonipat for allegedly kidnapping a man from Jaipur in neighboring Rajasthan and transferring 30 Bitcoin, worth around Rs 9 Crore, from a complainant cellphone to another account .
The charges had brought victims and friends to Kharphoda in the Sonipat District Haryana.
A Zero FIR filed on the complaints of the victim, Shashikant, a resident of the Gyan Vihar colony from the city of Neem Ka Thana in Sikar Rajasthan district, and was sent to Jaipur police for further investigation.
Shashikant, who is a perpetrator who was proclaimed in the case of cheating nested in Sanda in 2013, was arrested here by Satyaveer ASI on January 23 this year and was produced in court the following day.
The kidnapped victim was proclaimed by the perpetrators at the Sirsasirsa City Police Station wrongly to limit people), 384 (extortion), 120B (criminal conspiracy) and 34 (general intentions) IPC.
In his statement, Shashikant said he worked at Digital Cryptocurrency because he knew asi Kumar and Monu.

He said the police kidnapped them and took them to the Kharkoda police station but the police there refused to keep them in illegal custody, so that their kidnappers took them to the farmhouse and save them in captivity.
Then, the kidnappers they made a call Whatsapp to Shashikant’s wife and asked for 25 Bitcoin.
Shashikant accused that their kidnapper transferred 30 Bitcoin, worth around RS 9 Crore, from his cellphone to another account.
Inspector Vikram said that Shashikan would overwrite coincidental interrogation by Satyaveer’s milk near Lic Bhawan, and he claimed to be the perpetrator of fraud.
“Cases of cheating were registered against Shashikant on September 14, 2013, and he did not appear in court.
In this case, the court at that time the Head of Judge Sanso, Savita Kumari, had declared him as an actor on August 21 on August 21, 2018,” he said.
Advocate Shashikans Rishi Kumar Sharma and Robin Mehta said police Sirsa registered zero shots in the order of court.
