(With a photo) Kanpur: City Police have started a new campaign called ‘Good Morning Kanpur’ to instill confidence among residents and to provide a message that the police are friendly.
The campaign, which was launched on Thursday, witnessed the senior police officer, including DCPS and ACC, greeted and served roses into morning pedestrians and asked about their well-being in several bags including a barrage of Ganga and Bagh Kota Bagh Company.
In a campaign, the police will visit the park, and other morning pedestrian places, welcome them with ‘Good Morning Kanpur’ and also serve roses and collect vital feedback about problems they might face regularly.
According to the Police Commissioner (CP) Asim Kumar Arun, “This campaign is intended to bridge the gap between the police and the public.
‘Good morning, Kanpur’, surely, will achieve a positive response from city people and will increase the police.” “Often, people People try to avoid the police for different perceptions.
