The police have started close legal action against those involved in the illegal disposal of chemical waste at the GIDC Sachin which caused the death of six workers and 23 fell ill on January 6.

“The police have identified 23 spots, including 14 in Sachin GIDC, five in Sachin and four in the Pandesara area where chemicals can be discarded.
