Jaipur: Bharatpur police have begun to look for sodomy videos recorded by accusing a 52-year-old suspended judge, Jitendra Singh Guliya, on his old cellphone to squeeze the 14-year-old boy, who was allegedly disiodized for a month.
Police Bharatpur on Thursday said based on the statement of the victim, they were looking for an old cellphone accused of which he made at Nida shop (Uttar Pradesh).
The police said if there was a video surface, it would be a big evidence that was burdensome to the defendant.
Senior officials at the Bharatpur police station and investigative officers are preparing for Chargesheet.
“The victim’s family, in Fir, said that the defendant had recorded a video of action and continued to threaten the boy to go public.
At first the boy was sedated, but then the defendant began to extort it with the pretext of go public,” said Devendra Bishnoi, police supervisor, Bharatpur.
“We have found that the defendant has exchanged his cellphone in Noida (Uttar Pradesh).
So, one of our team members is in work to restore the cellphone to see if the video can be taken,” he added.
In court appearance, the defendant complained that he had not been given a pillow and could not stand and walk.
“He was hospitalized and then sent to prison,” said an official.
