Ludhiana: City police have started a free training program for candidates who are willing to join Punjab police.
On Sundays, on the first day of training, 500 candidates, including 60 women, attended this program.
Ashwini Gotyal, Deputy Deputy Deputy Police Commissioner, (ADCP), said, “The program is being carried out for all candidates who are willing for free from until November 2021 at the Lins Police Ludhiana at 5 am to 8 in the morning.
The coaching program includes training in running, High jump and long jump along with other basic fitness exercises.
Training provided by Punjab police coach and sports department.
“He added,” There was a lot of enthusiasm among the youth on the first day of the training.
The candidates were trained by 35 trainers and they were also notified How to prepare their daily routines for success in the exam.
“Gurpreet Kaur Aspirant, who attended training said, they had been divided into groups of 20 and each squad was being guarded by a coach.
Prospective women are being given training by most women’s coaches.
According to ADCP Gotyal, interested candidates can register online.
Forms are available on the official Facebook and Twitter page of Ludhiana police.
They can also run with two photo size passports and proof ID.
Candidates are advised not to carry cellphones for other valuables.
They can carry bottled water with them.
Candidates can reach the base of the police line from the gate number 3.
