MySuru: Circular Searchout for tracking foreigners ‘missing’ has been issued by city police.
Nearly two dozen citizens remain untrained, according to records.

As many as 33 foreigners in Mysuru have sent or their passports have expired.
From them 11 including children tracked.
Foreign national was arrested for accusations of drugs and returned to trial detention while some others have given a legitimate reason for delays in updating their passports.
The rest still can’t be traced.
The movement to track foreigners came after the National Congo, which was arrested for peddling drugs in Bengaluru, allegedly died in police custody.

“Since circular for 22 that cannot be violated has been issued and the details have been distributed by the Office of Foreign Regional Registration Officers (FRO), airport authorities, and our colleagues in other countries.
They may also leave the country,” he added.
Registration of foreigners was carried out in Bengaluru and the details were distributed with the local police.
“It’s hard to track them when they keep moving from one place to another.
Although there are options to update their records online some haven’t done it yet,” said a police officer.
Meanwhile, the Police Inspector has been directed at verifying details of all foreign nationals in their respective districts.
