PANAJI: Police Pernem on Monday damages a group of robbers targeted by tourists in Goa.
On Sunday, the police received complaints from a resident of Chennai who stated that he was banned by four people – two men and two women – who seized Hospital 24,000, his wallet and his default goods containing documents.
Fourth picked him up at Dabolim Airport with the pretext of dropping it to a hotel in Ponda, but instead took him to Pernem where they attacked him and threatened him with a terrible consequence before he seized him, the victim Bith Kumar, 22, was stated by his complaint.
The police said that the gang would trap their victims through the help channel number to book the hotel they installed on the internet.
Victims, who came to Goa to answer the exam, have found this number.
SP Shobhit Saxena said that the car was identified to the identification of Defendant Deependar Singh, 20, a resident of Majhiyari in Madhya Pradesh.
A team led by police inspector Jivba Dalvi was detained by Singh in Calangute.
During the investigation, Singh revealed the names of his colleagues – Jyoti Pralhad Soni, Anjilika Mukesh Jaiswal and Biki Barik – all of them had been arrested.
