Police suggest using technology to make a secure court in Delhi

New Delhi: Police Delhi has suggested maximizing the use of the technology and verification of the right lawyers who entered the court where this compound was safer.
It also urges the Delhi High Court and other courts to insist on the physical presence of the party only extreme and convincing, adding that only official vehicles are permitted in the premise after checking with security equipment.
The police also said the security gadget installed in the court has been obsolete and will be replaced with high-resolution CCTV cameras and monitors, 360-degree vehicle scanning with RF / Barcode Reader facilities, scanners for luggage and bags, and the same to check explosives and narcotics and psychotropic drugs.
These are some suggestions made by the police about the maintenance of security in the City Court considering the recent shootout which killed three people in the Rohini courtroom.
The Chairman of the Dhirubhai Judge Nararbhai Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh on Tuesday asked for other stakeholders, including the center, the Delhi government and various bar associations, to also provide suggestions so they can be included in the order.
“All other respondents must submit a written report or statement of suggestions that must be included in our order for the safety of advocates and all the others arise in court in Delhi,” said the bench while including the problem to hear further on October 12 on October 12.
The High Court also issued a fresh notice to the Bar Association for their report.
The court had last week took Suo Motu’s awareness of security issues in the court in the national capital after the September 24 shootout.
It is said there is a need for the spread of police personnel who are sufficient and effective in the court where they are looking for attitudes of all stakeholders.
The bench said there was a need for a truly proof entry system in court, installation of metal detectors, bottom vehicle supervision systems, CCTV cameras at strategic points, and training of the right police personnel and regular meetings of all stakeholders.
On September 24, the Chairman of the Indian Judge N V Ramana revealed deep concerns over a shootout in a crowded courtroom and talking to the justice of the Delhi High Court in this matter.
