Prasagraj: Additional Secretary Head (ACS) Avanish Kumar Awasthi on Wednesday convinced Allahabad High Court that the right guidelines will be issued by the state government, directing the police authority not to act arbitrarily in matters related to trade and business after being shown by.
The court that regularly came across cases where the police had arbitrarily registered a shot below Section 420 (cheating) IPC to traders and entrepreneurs in commercial matters.
Previously, on Tuesday, the High Court had directed the ACS supervisor, home and jalaun from Police Ravi Kumar and Sub-Inspector Kedar Singh from the Police Station Nadi Gaon to stay personally before the High Court to show the reason why the right order could not be passed.

In the petition, it was stated that the applicant was involved in the supply of goods.

On Wednesday, ACS Home and SP Marks appeared before the High Court and submitted Personal Affidavit, stating that actions had been taken against police errors in the case and final report had been submitted after the investigation in the case.

On August 18, the counter-affidavit was submitted by the Jalaun Police Supervisor (SP) where there was no application made by the applicants who were answered or the high court query was answered.
