Police to go weekly to reduce work stress

Coimbatore: City Police Commissioner Deepak M Damor has introduced a mandatory weekly supply for all police personnel from the rank of deputy commissioner (DCP) to Constable.
“Police personnel have worked tirelessly all the time.
The weekly system will help reduce work stress and they can spend more time with their families,” Top Police said.
In a command on June 29, Deepak M Damor said the DCP (Law & Order) T Jayachandran could take advantage of the weekly on July 3, 11, 17, 25 and 31, when the DCP (crime) of uma or DCP (headquarters) S Selvaraj would accommodate additional cost.
