The crime branch of Mumbai tends to seek the expansion of Kundra prisoners in connection with cases related to pornography quoting non-cooperation by employers.
According to a report on the news portal, Raj did not work with the police and did not have the answer to the questions requested by them.
This report also added that the businessman denied all the allegations of it.
A police officer told the news portal that Raj said he had never made a porn.
They now plan to notify the court about how Kundra does not work together in police investigations and does not divulge details.
The official added that even though Kundra said, they had strong evidence in this case.
Raj has been arrested for making pornographic content for cellular applications.
He was sent to police custody to this day, July 23.
There are various reports that rotate speculate about Shilpa’s involvement in this case.
However, a recent report revealed that he would not be served calls in this case.
On Monday, the police had described Kundrra as the main conspirator in this case, which was registered on February 4 at the Malwani Police Station on the outskirts of Mumbai.
Kundra has been ordered under section 420 (cheating), 34 (general intentions), 292 and 293 (related to ad and indecent and indecent display) from the Indian Criminal Code (IPC) other than the relevant part of the IT Law and indecent representation.
