Chandrapur: Head of NCP Sharad Pawar said the decision by PM Narendra Modi to expel agricultural laws was political.
Overcoming the media in Chandrapur on Friday, Pawar said, “BJP workers report on-ground situations and the type of reaction they get from farmers.
And now the selection and punjab will appear, so keeping all these things in the mind of political decisions made.” He said That while the decision is a welcome, certain questions need to be answered.
“We cannot ignore the fact that farmers must protest for almost a year, they experienced many difficulties there but defend the law and order,” said Pawar.
Pawar also said that the central government must bring all stakeholders by confidence when making laws.
“I led the Ministry of Agriculture for a decade.
I can tell you that the farm is the subject of the country so it is important for us to consult with everyone and then move forward before making laws,” he said.
