Noida: With farmers because of loyalty to Bharatiya Kisan Tekanhan (BSS) get support from opposition parties, their agitation has now taken a political turn.
The local BJP leaders said that the farmers were misled by the opposition as soon as AH promised to increase problems in parliament.
Some of the few protesters from 81 villages sitting in protested outside the gate of the Noida Authority began a hunger strike from Monday.
They were sure of support by former CM President and SP Akhilesh Yadav who spoke with their leader Sukhbir Khalifa by telephone.
On Tuesday, the total number of farmers sitting with a hunger strike reached 12 and no employee authority Noida was allowed to enter the office when the protesters declared the “lock” until their demands were fulfilled.
The farmers have protested since September 1, demanding the resolution of their delayed eternal land issues, 5% plots, compensation of 64.7% to those who claim they have not benefited, and dispose of the Noida Authority Map policy.
On Monday, the AAP leader and members of Rajya Saba Sanjay Singh promised to increase their demands in parliament.
On Tuesday, his party said that Singh had submitted a request to increase the problems of the farmers during the Zero Hours of Rajya Sabha.
However, BJP District President Vijay Bhati said that opposition parties and leaders such as Akhilesh Yadav and Sanjay Singh have done politics on this issue.
