Coimbatore: Mahila Court Regency has framed accusations against all nine accused of rape cases of Polachi on Thursday.
According to the source of the court, the defendant was produced before the Mahila R Nandhinidevi court judge from the central prison in Salem and Coimbatore on the day the process in the camera.
“They are framed below the code, part 66e (punishment for privacy violations) of the Information Technology Act and Part 4 Prohibition of Tamil Nadu Harassment,” said the source.
Allegations were also handed over to a copy of the statement that eight victims were previously made before the investigation and judges judicials on Thursday.
Courts have completed the Chargesheet copy to all nine – n Rishwanth aka Sabarirajan, 26, K Thirununavukkarasu, 28, T Vasanthakumar, 25, N Sathish, 30, R Manivannan aka Mani, 31, K Arulanham, 34, Haronimus Paul, 34, Haronimus, 29, Babu aka Bike Babu, 27, and M Arsumumar, 29 – in September this year.
The next hearing is scheduled for November 25.
