Katihar: Four Blocks-Curseala, Katihar, Hemalj and Dandkhora District will go to Pancrayat polls during the second phase on September 29.

Hasanganj has 18,721 men’s voters and 17,993 women, the third gender (2) and Dandkhora have 23, 603 (men), 23,141 (women) and the third gender (6).
