Polling Board: Lakhan Jarkiholi to stand up, awaken the contest in the beobiavi

Bengaluru: The election to the second seat of the Legislative Council of the Constituency of Local Body Beleagavi is likely to be an affair that struggles with Lakhan Jarkiholi, the youngest of Brother Jarkiholi, threw his hat above the ring as an independent candidate.
Tuesday is the last date to submit a nomination.
With support from brothers, Ramesh Jarkiholi, Lakhan is believed to have tried hard for BJP tickets and even approached the party command.
However, BJP chose to only oppose one of two seats, maintaining his winning probability.

The report said Ramesh wanted Lakhan in a fight when he was determined to confirm Channaraj Hattiholi’s defeat, Brother Archrival Lakshmi Hebbalkar from Congress.
Hattiholi was supported by Satish Jarkiholi, KPCC’s work president.
When asked about it, Ramesh said: “Getting candidates BJP Mangana Kavatagimatmath selected and defeating Congress is my priority.
We will ensure the two are achieved.” There was a large invasion to submit a nomination in all 20 constituencies on Tuesday.

The BJP in power hopes to win at least 12 seats to ensure the majority at home over 75 members.
At present, it has 32 members (including six of the local body constituencies going to the poll).
With the majority, it does not have to depend on one of the two opposition parties to get important bills that are forwarded at home.
On the other hand, Congress and JD are trying our best to stop BJP from getting a majority.
