Polling of 41% Iraq Parliament

Baghdad: The cessation in the Election of Parliament of the Iraqi Parliament was recorded at 41 percent, said the Indonesian High Election Commission (IHEC) said on Monday.
The commission said in a statement that more than 9 million from more than 24 million eligible voters had given their ballots in the election on Sunday, according to preliminary results.

Judge Jalil Adnan Khalaf, Chair of the Board of Commissioners at the Election Commission, said at a press conference on Sunday that official results would be announced within 24 hours after the expiration of voting.
Millions of Iraqi people on Sunday towards around 8,000 voting centers throughout the country to choose 3,249 candidates race for 329 seats in the upcoming parliament.
The election of Iraq’s parliament was originally scheduled in 2022, advancing in response to the protest months of corruption, poor governance, and a lack of public services.
Meanwhile, the 69 percent election was recorded in the initial election for Iraqi security forces, prisoners, and displaced people on Friday.
According to IHEC, 821,800 voters threw their ballots from 1,196,524, which was 69 percent during the initial elections.
